GladdenWatch is a neighborhood watch management platform operated by the Gladden Farms community in Marana, AZ, accessible at gladdenwatch.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

When you sign up for GladdenWatch, we collect:

• Name — to identify you in the member roster
• Street address — to associate you with your neighborhood and display participation statistics
• Email address — to send account confirmation, incident alerts, and platform notifications
• Mobile phone number (optional) — to send SMS incident alerts if you opt in
• Username and password — to authenticate your account (passwords are stored as one-way hashed values and are never readable)
• Notification preference — your choice of email, SMS, or both for alerts

When you submit an incident report, we collect the date, time, location, category, and description of the incident, along with your username as the submitter.

How We Use Your Information

• To verify your email address and activate your account
• To send you incident alerts for your neighborhood (email and/or SMS based on your preference)
• To display neighborhood participation statistics to administrators and block captains
• To allow block captains and administrators to manage the member roster for their assigned neighborhoods
• To send administrative broadcasts from the neighborhood watch program administrator
• To maintain an audit log of administrative actions for security and accountability

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party
• We do not use your information for marketing or advertising purposes
• We do not share your email address or phone number with other members — all notifications are sent directly by the platform
• We do not use your data for any purpose outside of operating the GladdenWatch neighborhood watch program

SMS Messaging

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in to SMS notifications, your number is used solely to deliver incident alerts and administrative broadcasts from the GladdenWatch program. Your phone number is never shared with other members or third parties. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your preference at gladdenwatch.com/profile.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers hosted by Bluehost in the United States. We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request removal of your account and data by contacting us via the contact page or by using the unsubscribe link in your confirmation email.

Your Rights

• You may update your email address, phone number, and notification preference at any time via your profile page
• You may unsubscribe and remove your account using the unsubscribe link in your confirmation email or by contacting us
• You may request a copy of the data we hold about you by contacting us via the contact page
