About GladdenWatch
What is GladdenWatch?
GladdenWatch is the official neighborhood watch platform for Gladden Farms in Marana, AZ. It connects residents, block captains, and the community administrator — making it easy to report incidents, alert your neighbors instantly, and stay informed about what's happening in your community without needing to know everyone's contact information.
🚨 Reporting Incidents & Notifying Neighbors
When you see something suspicious, GladdenWatch makes it simple to report it and get the word out to your neighbors — all in one step.
- Go to Report Incident in the navigation bar after logging in.
- Enter the date, location, category, and a description of what you saw.
- For location, type an address using autocomplete or drop a pin directly on the map — the map opens centered on your home address for convenience.
- Check "Notify my neighbors" to automatically send an email alert to every confirmed member in your neighborhood with the incident details and a link to view it.
- Your block captain is always notified automatically, regardless of whether you check the neighbor notification box.
You never need to know anyone's email address — GladdenWatch handles delivery for you.

📄 Printable Sign-Up Flyers
Each neighborhood has a printable QR code flyer at
/neighborhoods/{neighborhood}/qrcode.
The flyer includes a large QR code that links directly to the neighborhood's signup page,
along with a brief description of the program's benefits.
Block captains and admins can access the QR code page from their dashboard. Print it out and post it on community boards, mailboxes, or hand it out at neighborhood events to encourage residents to sign up.
Block Captains
Block captains are confirmed members promoted by the administrator. They receive automatic email notifications for every new incident in their neighborhood and have full management access: viewing and editing the member roster, submitting incidents, exporting data, and printing QR codes for the signup page. Multiple block captains can be assigned to the same neighborhood.
Your Account
After logging in, visit Profile in the navigation to update your email address or change your password. If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to receive a reset link by email.
Your Privacy
Your email address and name are never displayed publicly. The incident map and community feed show only location, category, and description — no personal information. When you use "Notify my neighbors," emails are sent directly from the platform and your address is never shared with other members.
